Recovery, Meditation, and Healing - This daylong retreat will focus on the ways Buddhist practice can support our emotional and spiritual growth in recovery. Through mindfulness and loving kindness practices, lecture, discussion and interactive exercises we will touch into the tender places with care and wisdom.
Exploring the Noble Eightfold Path - This daylong retreat will focus on what the Buddha called "The Way to End Suffering." We will look at the early Buddhist suttas that introduce this teaching and delve into this multi-layered path. The day will include meditation instruction, lecture, and discussion.
