Recovery, Meditation, and Healing – This daylong retreat will focus on the ways Buddhist practice can support our emotional and spiritual growth in recovery. Through mindfulness and loving kindness practices, lecture, discussion and interactive exercises we will touch into the tender places with care and wisdom.
