Are you walking the path of recovery, seeking a deeper sense of peace, freedom and wholeness? This retreat offers a compassionate space for anyone walking the path of recovery—whether from addiction, codependency, trauma, or the many ways suffering takes root in our lives. Grounded in the teachings of the Buddha and the principles of mindful awareness, we come together to explore freedom from craving, attachment, and the cycles of harm that keep us bound.
Through periods of silent meditation, guided mindfulness practice, Dharma talks, mindful movement, and small group sharing, participants will learn practical tools for cultivating clarity, self-compassion, and resilience. The retreat draws inspiration from both traditional Buddhist teachings and contemporary recovery wisdom, creating an inclusive environment open to all backgrounds and levels of experience.
Together, we will:
Deepen our understanding of craving and release through mindfulness
Strengthen the heart qualities of kindness, forgiveness, and equanimity
Explore the intersection of Buddhist practice and recovery principles
Build community in a spirit of honesty, presence, and shared humanity
This retreat invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the innate wholeness that has always been within you. Whether you are new to meditation or long established in recovery, you are welcome here.
