Wrestling with the Buddha: Reflections on the Anapanasati Sutta: This daylong retreat will explore the Anapanasati Sutta, the Buddha's instructions on mindfulness of breathing. We will look at the sutta itself, practice with its major facets, and ask how to apply this ancient teaching to our contemporary lives.
