DESCRIPTION:These weekly classes meet Tuesdays from 10-11am and Fridays fro
 m 7-8pm Pacific Time on Zoom.  Classes are casual\, drop-in. I guide medi
 tation for the first 20 minutes\, then pick up a topic on Buddhism and rec
 overy.\n\nHere is the Zoom information for the regular Tuesdays and Friday
 s (except the 2nd Friday of each month). You will have to register once fo
 r Tuesday and once for Fridays. (It's a simple process.) Once you register
 \, you will receive an email with a link to the Meeting ID. You will need 
 to keep track of this ID for future attendance. After that you will be abl
 e to join those meetings automatically. We use a "Waiting Room" for classe
